Qiraja bruto duhet te jete vlera e qirase pa perfshire TVSh-ne nese qirdhenesibeshte deklarues i TVSh-se.

Nese qiraja eshte bruto 1000€
TVSh = 1000×18% =180
Fatura e qirase duhet te jete 1000+180=1180€
Tatimi i mbajtur ne burim ne qira = 1000×9%=90€

Nese qiraja eshte Neto 1000, atehere perdor formulen:
(1000×9) / (100-9) = 9000 / 91 = 98.9
Pra 1000+98.9=1098.9 duhet te jete qiraja bruto.
